Things have kind of got all changed and rearranged. We expected to be on the road as soon as possible, but we planned a bit too soon. These snow days we've been having have pushed back tentative graduation dates and really just fucked everything up. No worries though, because the tour we are planning now will be coming back with a vengeance, more dates, more rock, and more naked people hopefully. The first tour schedule included a final date in Frankfort to hang with my lady on her graduation, but instead it looks like I'll just be attending said event on my own. The positive to all of this, though, is that her and our good friend Nat Colten may come up for a couple dates with us with some acoustic instruments which I would be totally stoked on. It's all obviously in the works and nothing's set in stone, but I am getting re-excited, after writing all the dates we had previously set for summer tour in a notebook like a 3rd grade girl writing her name with some boy who sprouted a crustache earlier than the others in the class attached to the end over and over.
Until then, I'll be listening to Julie Doiron until it warms up again, writing poems and recording that stuff with Will in a total ripoff of our buds La Dispute. And maybe we'll crank out a couple of songs. We're all really excited and when we get together, this summer is about all we talk about. So look out between the dates of June 21st and July 10th for a show in a town near you.
